The last couple weeks have been a little nutty to say the least. Since FMLY FEST in December, it’s been a whirlwind of live music, new friends, good times and expanding horizons. With the first FMLY tour now in the rear view, we would like to invite all of our FMLY to join us tomorrow night for the culmination of two amazing tours. Of course the FMLY DNR TR crew will be present (with the exception of Philip Seymour Hoffman who has migrated back east again). We will be clashing with our pals Weed Diamond, Tan Dollar, Wonder Wheel and Dash Jacket for a truly epic night of music, cheap drinks and good times. Most likely stories will be shared of time on the road and hugs will be plentiful. Of course it wouldn’t be a coming home show if it wasn’t at McWorld[map].

Hello all, Ryan from Mirror Universe tapes and boy are there updates galore! First of all Weed Diamond is finished and ready to go! There are only a few copies left so head on over to the Mirror Universe Blog and snag your copy.
Our November releases include Sun Mantra’s self-titled, Active Child’s Sun Rooms, and Sacred Harp’s Feast of the Green Corn. They’re all AMAZING releases and I will definitely keep you up to date when they become available.
Coming in the not too distant future are tapes from Pink Priest, Tan Dollar, Dead Gaze, Cough Cool, and Expensive Looks just to name a few. As always, updates will be given.
And, on top of all our regular releases Mirror Universe is proud to announce that we are compiling a tape to raise money for Charleston, SC’s very own public community space and venue, OUTER SPACE! All of the proceeds will go straight to Outer Space, it will be limited to 200 copies and will feature songs by Weed Diamond, Sun Mantra, Woodsman, Naomi Punk, Castles Underground, Toro y Moi and many many more. It will be $4 plus the normal shipping costs so be sure to pick up a copy when its available because you’ll be helping us have a safe place to have shows and other events!

Freshly grown Weed Diamond tune that just budded into an instant love interest. So far we’ve heard some badass party tunes kicked to a 10, but “arlington baby” takes all that aggression and teenage angst and redirects it into something emotionally substantial. A new sound, a new hope, a new hype. We love you Weed Diamond.
