Tomorrow night at the Cake Shop (NY), FMLY’s Philip Seymour Hoffman is opening for Sholi and The Answering Machine. Show starts at 8, PSH goes on right at 8:30. Word on the street is that he’s playing through a new set for the first time, bringing the jams. Here’s a tune that just went up on the myspace and PSH requested that if anyone out there is pals with Natalie Portman to please sing this to her in a Mexican restaurant with a rose in your ear and a boomboox (not from urban outfitters, go to the salvation army) behind you.
