Sorry for the necessary magnifying glass on this flyer, but it’s the only one I could find online. Phantogram is hitting up Glasslands tonight courtesy of the homies in PopGun Bookings with Savoir Adore, Holy Hail and Darwin Deez. All info on the fbook event right here.
Phantogram – Running From The Cops
Savoir Adore – We Talk Like Machines

“Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before… He is full of murderous resentment of people who are ignorant without having come by their ignorance the hard way.”
-Kurt Vonnegut, Cat’s Cradle
Phantogram – Running From The Cops

Phantogram have a such a great potential to be huge I’m almost worried. I enjoy their music so much that I don’t want to hear it all over the radio and I don’t want to hear it on TV – so I’m crossing my fingers that they define success through a cult following. Separated from the pack by Joshua Carter’s organic textures and Sarah Barthel’s soft leading voice I’m reminded of Monsters Are Waiting from back in the day. Like every other band in the world, you can catch Phantogram all over SXSW or in NY on April 2 with the Cave Singers, The Antlers, and Miles Benjamin Anthony Robinson.
