Meredith Brooks’ “Bitch / I’m a Lover” is one of the first tunes I remember jamming out to on the school bus. Definitely one of the first tunes that I knew all of the words to – that’s not embarrassing, right? For the record I definitely didn’t know what it meant to be a goddess on my knees.
