With My Dolls’ Jamie Leffler, Robert subtly trades his DJDT flipped-brim cap for an electro-acoustic pop crown. Dropping beats like seeds in an apple orchard (ha!) while Jamie reminds us why she’s not just a doll but the Doll, the Exes are making some straight up home-brewed anthems that just can’t be listened to without singing along. I will never use this word to describe anything again, but these Exes’ tunes are such bangers; my head is in a constant state of bobbing.
