Just when I thought that I could get back to finals Peter sends me an email saying dude with a psychedelic horseshit ton of u’s. Enticed, I opened it to find bewilderment in an Anamanaguchi remix! How do you remix an 8bit tune? I haven’t the slightest clue, but Ary remixed Peter on “Helix Nebula” a while back so maybe I’ll get an email in another half-hour with a breakdown of how it goes down. The driving beat sounds a lot like an old Glass Candy tune, but I don’t know the title. If you’re motivated enough I can tell ya that it started out The Hood Internet vs The Pack mixtape. I’m also all about the “mountain.” As some of you know, ‘guchi drummer boy Luke Silas has a project called Dracula Mountain that we’re big fans of – “Danger Mountain” now adds to this Lightning Bolt inspired resume.
