I Had A Dream I Went To Coney Island
Australian filmmaker Sherwin Akbarzadeh has succeeded in creating a “surrealistic technicolor dream” of Coney Island. Shot on Super 8 and featuring an early tune Panda Bear, I’m beginning to wish my dreams took me places like this. If Australians and Panda Bear haven’t got you clicking away already, then a fun fact is that Spike Lee chose this short as the winner in the Mini Masterpiece category during the Babelgum Online Film Festival.
