I logged on with the intention of posting some sweet praise for Paul Rosales and his new tape, Wonder Wheel I, but that’ll have to wait for when I’m back in New York and have an adequate amount of time to thread my time in Los Angeles, meeting and playing a show with Paul, jamming on some Wonder Wheel for the past eight months, hearing Aria’s recent railcars remix, and then now listening to Wonder Wheel I for my first time. So instead of doing any of that I just wanted to say that the food wizards over at The Burger Lab figured out how to make the In-N-Out Double Double Animal Style like we never dreamed would be possible.
