Our loves over at Breakfast of Champs just dropped their first compilation, Mozart Park All-Stars, for free over at their blog. Here’s a few words from ‘em:

Here you go – BOC006 – Mozart Park All-Stars is our first compilation CD, and it’s now available for FREE FREE FREE download below. To me, these songs embody the current state of bedroom (or apartment, or kitchen, or bathroom…) recording – an array of recording technologies from different eras; an array of instruments, styles, and influences, now imported/exported/re-in-exported to a blur; an array of sounds recorded, not on a studio schedule, but as inspiration strikes, or as quickly as you can get back to the rig. Recorded music is taking on a new form, and it’s happening in our homes and with our friends. Breakfast of Champs Records aims to catalog what we love and what we are exposed to in this musical age of expectation. We hope you enjoy.
