I’ll admit I was a stubborn bastard this year when it came to listening to new jams. I like to let things hit me when the mood strikes rather than forced active listening, but when that fucks me over are times like these when I still haven’t listened to Veckatimest all the way through… it’ll prob be my favorite album of 2010. In case my opinion/taste/thoughts mean anything and if I really am “all the things that are outside of me” to quote Animal Collective, then these are the records that have meant an incredible amount to my days, nights, friends, and lifestyle over the past year.
