Our close friends of OJR, including blog contributer and FMLY dj Randy aka RipLee, recently packed a generator, guitar, bass, drums, amps, some pedals and a sweet bike to show LA how a show should go down. The best part is…it’s still going down! 7 days of sporadic, free and public shows including Pink’s parking lot, across the street from the El Rey, Crank Mob, Mar Vista Park, and way more – get out and catch ‘em! Facebook event with all the info is right here and all dates and locations can be found after the jump. I don’t care if Fox or ClearChannel is getting paid from my listening, I can’t stop jamming out to “With 12 Year Olds” on their MySpace.
Monday 8/17: Westside Pavilion garage top 330pm, Marvista Park 5:30,
Tuesday 8/18: Father’s Office parking lot 5pm. Other locations to be announced.
Friday 8/21 Pink’s Hot dog (parking lot) 3 pm, The Grove parking lot (7th level) 430 pm, Father’s Office (Helms) 6pm, Other locations TBA
