Animal Collective hit the road on their mostly sold-out North American tour tour last night stopping at the 9:30 Club in D.C. The chill folks over at Collected Animals (which FMLY is a part of) have hooked it up with a new tune that we’ll know as “Bleed” for now. Significantly less sample-based then the last new tune, “Blue Sky,” “Bleed” takes on vocal virtuosity on Panda Bear’s part that has sent the greatest form of chills down my spine. A fantastic track that sounds as if it could have been released as a Merriweather b-side.
