1-877 BE KANYE

If you’ve been through NY recently then you’re familiar with the arrogant BE KANYE NOW ads placed in the subways systems. Well apparently there’s now a commercial with the man himself, definitely worth the watch.

The Coolest Working Kids in Showbiz

It seems like every couples months we are blessed with new fat beats from the Cool Kids. The good people at Green Label Sound have took it upon themselves to bring us the next track in the already bumpin discography with the release of the single “Delivery Man” which you can listen to and download right below.

Why? Tickets

One of my favorite bands Why? will be playing the Echoplex next Thursday September 4 and I have two pairs of tickets to give away. All you have to do is tell me who Why? did a split EP with. Email me at Cameron@thefmly.com

DD/MM/YYYY

A few weeks ago while browsing through the infinite library of unheard music on the internet, I came across a band that I instantly took a liking to which is pretty rare for me. Dd/mm/yyyy is a fast paced experimental progressive new wave band who bring a certain element of pop to a genre that you would not expect. From sonic keyboard riffs to out of control noise chaos, Dd/mm/yyyy has quickly become one of my favorite bands. If you’re a fan of Dan Deacon you should probably peep this.

Video for Imagine

You can download several of their songs off of their myspace.
